NebNav Terms of Service

Part A: Terms of Service

1. Eligibility. You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
2. Your content.
   • You keep ownership of what you publish.
   • You grant NebNav a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the service, so other members can see it. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other members legitimately received, such as messages.
   • We won't use your work outside NebNav, for example in advertising, marketing or app-store screenshots, without your written permission.
   • You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including the consent of people shown in it.
3. Credits. NebNav shows the member who published a post. Don't claim work, or credit other people, without their agreement.
4. Jobs and collaborations.
   • NebNav connects people. Agreements about work, rates, usage rights and schedules are between the members involved.
   • During the beta, NebNav does not process payments, hold funds, verify identities or professional credentials, or guarantee any job, collaboration or payment. Any payment you arrange outside NebNav is at your own risk.
5. Acceptable use. Follow the Community Guidelines (Part C). We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.
6. Availability. The service may change, be interrupted or end, especially during the beta.
7. Disclaimers and liability. The beta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, where the law allows. Where the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for work, agreements or payments arranged between members, and our total liability to you for the beta is limited to US$100. You're responsible for claims brought against us because of content you post or your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
8. Termination. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy, "Retention and deletion"). We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations.
9. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them where you live.
10. Changes. We'll notify you of material changes before they take effect.

Part B: Beta participation terms

• NebNav is pre-release software distributed through Apple TestFlight to invited testers. Features may be incomplete, change or be removed.
• Not available in the beta: payments, bookings, payouts, identity or professional verification, tax details. The app labels these.
• Please don't rely on the beta for business-critical work or the only copy of your files.
• Feedback you send (TestFlight screenshots or comments, in-app reports) may be used to improve NebNav, without obligation to you.
• Confidentiality: Testers may not share screenshots or recordings publicly without our written permission.
• Your beta account carries into the public launch. We intend to keep beta accounts, and the content and data they hold (profile, portfolio, uploaded photos and videos, connections, saves, messages, jobs and collaborations), when NebNav launches publicly. There is no reset. This is subject to your privacy rights, including deletion, and to the safety and legal retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Before launch, we'll tell testers how and when this happens, and about anything that can't be carried over.
